Travel Signs is primarily for when I travel or when people I care about are traveling. It's meant as a place for the people I care about to keep in touch with me when I'm too far to see them in person and show them the things I'm doing or talk to them about the things that are on my mind. I originally was going to do this on my personal website (www.nd.edu/~rcarmich), but decided against it, as I wont have that web space forever and it seems like there's a lot of control available for these free blogs. Anyway, most of the posts will be things I'm writing or random musings with occasional personal events interspersed. I love hearing from new people, especially about creative work, mine or theirs.
